JJs AWESOME BANANA CAKE

Kindly supplied to us by our dear friend Janice. We tested it several times with some variations. Sometimes we added choc chips. Try with wholemeal self raising flour or chunkier bananas. Go on....be creative why not try it with a different fruit. So easy to make it will inspire you to give baking a go. Thank you JJ we haven't stopped baking.

RECIPE
- Half cup of butter
- 1 cup of castor sugar
Blend sugar with butter
Then blend the rest:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- Pinch of bi-carb soda
- 4 very ripe bananas
- Fold in two cups of self raising flour

Pour in a non stick spring form tin
Bake in pre heated oven
180 degrees for 45 minutes
